Who We Are
Positive Outlook Guidance Services is a nonprofit charitable organization that helps to develop healthy underserved communities. Positive Outlook Guidance Services aims to ensure the meaningful and contributory presence of youth aging out of the foster care system and emerging leaders. Positive Outlook Guidance Services offers services that promote preventative awareness, care and testing to communities most at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS and STIs. We will continue to offer these services until we see the notable difference in our communities.
