The William Allen, Sr. Achievement Scholarship, named after a man who dedicated his life to service and community development, is open to all graduating high school seniors in the state of Delaware and Prince George’s County, Maryland who demonstrate volunteerism and community service involvement, have applied and been accepted to an accredited college/university, demonstrate a financial need, and demonstrate academic excellence.
